At Spostas World Sushi we believe in Monterey Bay Aquarium and their Seafood Watch. Our Alaskan King Salmon ranks Best Choice on the Seafood Watch and our Yellow Fin Tuna ranks as Good Choice. Both are flash frozen the day its caught insuring a consistently safe, quality product. This flash freezing technology gives Spostas the ability to slow thaw fish daily therefore insuring that consistent quality product. Both the salmon and tuna are wild caught with Eco-Friendly fishing practices.

World Sushi?

The phrase "World Sushi" is used by Spostas to uniquely describe our very diverse menu. Spostas Sushi has taken to heart the fact that the word "SUSHI" in Japanese refers only to the vinegar and seasoned rice. Sushi really has nothing to do with raw fish or any other specific ingredient that is enjoyed with the sushi rice. Therefore incorporating many flavors from all over the world such as the Matador Roll with ground beef, Jalapenos, Pepper Jack Cheese topped with our homemade Teriyaki and Firecracker Sauces or the Middle Eastern which uses a Tahini Sauce, it is all "Sushi".
